Stratapult shares with associates a percentage of the costs to purchase technical and self-improvement texts, tapes or CDs.

Tuition Reimbursement

Stratapult encourages its associates to take advantage of the company's tuition reimbursement program to pursue undergraduate or graduate degrees that relate directly to their chosen career path.  With management approval, Stratapult reimburses 50% of tuition and books for qualified courses taken in the first year of employment.  After one year of employment, the reimbursement increases to 100% (with a payback provision if the associate leaves the company within the following two years).
