Daily polling of remote locations provides NAVY quick access to pertinent data, improving efficiency and cost containment

(Winston Salem, NC) – Stratapult, a leading provider of remote systems management solutions, announced today the agreement to provide the management of applications data and systems as a hosting services provider (HSP) for the Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) division of the U.S. Navy.  Stratapult has completed installing this capability at bases in Jacksonville, FL and the northwest. Additional locations will be added over the coming year.

Stratapult, the only technology service provider to offer the XcelleNet's RemoteWare product as a hosted solution, is providing all the administrative tasks associated with the transfer of transaction data (sales, inventory movement and marketing promotions) of each point-of-sale system to and from the Navy MWR headquarters in Tennessee on a daily basis. Stratapult's RemoteReliefSM service will improve the Navy's cost containment by reducing administrative cost to handle this process and will provide the Navy with data in a much more timely fashion improving assessment of business performance.
