Leading Companies Extend Alliance to Deliver Cost-Saving Remote Systems Management Solutions to Meet Retailers' Growing Needs

RemoteWare is a remote systems management solution for chain and franchise retailers and restaurants that enables these organizations to properly maintain and update critical business applications and to transfer the data used by these applications in a reliable, secure manner between remote locations and central information resources. According to the original partnership agreement, Inmar's RemoteRelief_SM service provides installation and integration of a client's RemoteWare implementation.  In addition, Inmar offers ongoing administrative support of clients' RemoteWare systems through its secured, state-of-the-art data center. 

By extending the partnership to include hosting services, organizations will now have the option of utilizing RemoteWare as an application service provided by Inmar. This hosted solution will encompass the implementation, customization and on-going operation and support of RemoteWare's systems management functionality, resulting in faster ramp-up time and lower deployment costs, a decrease in total cost of ownership of the remote system, full life-cycle application services, predictable and simplified pricing and on-going access to skilled resources.
